Using the Diamond Fire GL 1000 Pro and the original Diamond drivers I was able to guess the command line option `/game' for TS and BRUSA, which instructs them to skip the opening screens and go directly into the options menu. But playing both (at 1600x1200x65000+) showed me that at least the DirectX part of the Diamond driver for NT (Alpha) is broken. Installing the 3dlabs driver for Permedia2 gave me nothing but a blue screen early at boot time. So I'm now back at my old video board (S3 Virge based) with it's drivers but I still need to use the command line option `/game' or TS and BRUSA refuse to start (beeing unable to switch to the video mode used in the opening screens). This behaviour never showed up before I installed the Diamond board. Is there a DirectX wizard and/or registry hacker out there who can help me out? scr
